For Dumpster Owners

Ditch the broker. Deal with the customer yourself.

I ran a dumpster company in Massachusetts for 18 years. Here is how a broker job works. They take the call, quote your customer a price you never saw, keep the spread, and hand you the drop. The customer never learns your name. They learn the broker's. And when something goes wrong, they are not calling the broker. They are looking at your dumpster in their driveway.

You did the work. They got the customer.

RentThis puts the customer back where they belong. You list your own dumpsters, you set your own rates, and the person renting from you knows exactly who you are.

What you control

Your rates. Daily and weekly pricing you set, not a number somebody negotiated on your behalf.

Your haul area. Set how many miles are included, then charge per mile beyond that at your own rate.

Your delivery money. The delivery fee is yours, net of our service fee. We take nothing extra off the haul.

Your minimum term. Set the shortest rental you are willing to take.

Your whole fleet. List every dumpster you own and the calendar blocks each one as it goes out, so the same unit is never booked twice.

Your customer. They book you, they pay through the platform, and the money lands in your account.

What it costs

Listing is free and you are never charged for a dumpster that sits. On a completed rental we deduct a 7.5% service fee from your payout, and the customer pays a 7.5% service fee on top of your price. Both appear as line items before anyone books. What you never get here is somebody quoting your customer a number you cannot see.

Delivery pricing, availability, payouts and cancellations are all covered in the full owner guide.

Common questions

Do I have to give up my own customers?

No. Your existing customers stay yours and nothing changes about how you serve them.

Who sets the price?

You do. You enter your daily and weekly rates, your included mileage, and your per mile rate beyond it. Nobody marks your price up and nobody quotes on your behalf.

How do I get paid?

The customer pays through the platform when they book, and your payout goes to the bank account you connect through Stripe.

What kinds of dumpsters can I list?

Roll off containers of any size, along with trailers and other equipment. You set the size, the rate, and the service area for each one.
